Tim Wallace has over 30 years of experience in the software, service, and consulting industry. Tim previously was the CEO of iPipeline from 2008 to 2019. Under his successful leadership, the company grew to be the largest provider of SaaS technology to the Life and Annuity industry and was acquired by Roper Technologies in 2019 for $1.625 billion.
Prior to iPipeline Tim served as President and COO of MEDecision Inc., a public software company. Prior to MEDecision, Tim was the CEO and Chairman of FullTilt Solutions. Prior to joining FullTilt in 2000, Tim served as CEO of systems integrator XeroxConnect, and as the President and CEO for XLConnect Solutions, Inc., where he was also one of the founders of the company. Tim and other members of the management team took the company public in October of 1996. Xerox acquired XLConnect in June of 1998 for approximately $420 million.
Mr. Wallace is the winner of the 2011 Ernst & Young Technology CEO of the Year, the 2013 PACT Enterprise Award for Technology CEO of the Year, and the 2014 Red Herring Top 100 Award. Tim received a Master of Business Administration from Miami University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has served on the following boards: AccuWeather, Energage, BizEquity, FullTilt Solutions, Knova, MEDecision, Migo Software, NitroSecurites, Point.io, Serviceware, Snickelways, and XLConnect.
Kevin Davies is Chief Executive Officer at Revenew and is a strategic marketing executive with 35+ years in general management, marketing, sales, and finance expertise. Kevin has provided guidance and vision to the agricultural, chemical, medical, paper, insurance and financial industries.
Prior to Revenew, Kevin was founder of KDS Marketing, a strategic marketing company with strengths in strategy, marketing, marketing research, channel marketing and financial marketing programs supporting global manufacturing companies. Kevin was President of Nutrient Technology Partners, a leading technology company in the turf and ornamental industry providing cutting edge technologies to the golf and lawn and garden markets. Prior to Revenew Kevin was also CMO and Founder of KDS Prosperous, a rewards-based service company integrating financial institutions and national and regional merchants.
Mr. Davies has served on the following boards: Michael’s Way, Aquatrols, NAMA, CVGC, PDMA and Stonewall. Mr. Davies has a double major of Political Science and Economics from Ursinus College. Kevin and his wife Mary reside in Chester County, PA and have three children and two grandchildren.
Matt has over 20 years in Financial Institution leadership and Fintech Consulting. Starting as a developer in large software companies, Matt shifted into Financial Institutions by starting his tenure at a large Credit Union in Colorado. He held various management positions in development, data architecture, and ultimately was the Chief Information and Administrative Officer overseeing all of IT Operations, the Project Management Office, and Corporate Strategic Planning.
Matt’s passion for software solutions lead him to Finivation, a leader in systems integration and application development for Financial Institutions and technology startups. As VP of Service Delivery, he served as interim CIOs for Financial Institutions, lead product and project management for software providers, and oversaw client relations as an executive team member of the company. Matt was involved in several startup companies involved in lending applications, credit card origination and maintenance, payment systems, and rewards platforms.
As the Chief Operating Officer for Revenew, Matt leads our development team, oversees product and process management, and provides the information security architecture for the organization and platform. His passion for technology complimented by a vast experience in the financial industry provides Revenew a unique understanding of the industries needs for building and supporting the technology platform and associated business operations.
Brian Rogan is Chief Revenue Officer at Revenew. A C-level, senior executive working for more than 20 years in digital transformation consulting, AI, Data and Cloud products and services business. Brian has demonstrated success in scaling products, services and revenues at many Fortune 500 companies, SMB, and Unicorn start-up companies to become leaders in their business.
Prior to Revenew, Brian worked for Capgemini as CVP, Head of Venture-business for North America, European and Enterprise-business in Retail, Hospitality, CPG, Financial Services/FinTech and MAHLS. Brian also worked at Ciklum, as President of North America, and Symbio, Sierra Atlantic, LeverageHub as EVP of Sales and Operations. He led and managed sales at Cognizant as CVP, Head of Sales – Cognizant ranked as Best SMB Information Technology Company by Forbes during his tenure.
Brian has successful VAR business experience – he was COO at ITsavvy and COO/EVP of Sales at Pomeroy, a leading technology VAR – managing a $1B P&L with 2,100 employees, 450 sales executives, 30 marketing and channel executives.
Mr. Rogan has an extensive M&A background, successfully acquiring over 20 companies from LOI to integration. He has also worked and collaborated with business and engineering centers throughout the globe – North America, South America, EMEA, APAC, and other global sites.

Eric Rubino brings over 30 years of experience in the information technology industry and a wealth of leadership and entrepreneurial expertise to the Energage senior leadership team. Prior to Energage, he was the CEO of Ohana Companies, a firm that is revolutionizing rebate programs, loyalty programs, and the promotional marketing industry with innovative technology and processes.
Eric was the Chief Operating Officer at InfoLogix, a leading mobile technology provider in the healthcare and commercial markets. He and his executive team successfully lead the company to achieve its growth strategy. He was also COO of Neoware, Inc., a $100 million thin client computing company, where he was responsible for all aspects of its business, from operations and information technology to human resources, customer service, engineering, and administration.
Eric held multiple management and leadership positions over 12 years at SAP, culminating as their Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He played an integral part in building the infrastructure, management team, and support services for the entire SAP Americas region. During his tenure, SAP Americas grew from approximately $5 million to more than $3 billion in total revenues.
Eric holds a JD from Widener University School of Law, an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University Haub School of Business, and a BS from Rider University.
He sat on the Board of Directors of MCA Solutions, a Philadelphia-based vendor for service optimization for more than eight years. He was also the Chair of the Board at the Academy of Notre dame de Namur, a girls’ Catholic, independent college preparatory school located outside of Philadelphia.
Eric was on the Advisory Board of Contour Data Solutions from 2016-2019, the Board of Directors of Katabat Corporation from 2013-2020. Eric currently serves on the board of BrainWorks Corporation, and is an advisor to Falcon Capital Partners – a boutique investment banker focused on providing mergers & acquisition advisory services (2018 to present), and ConnectUs a leader provider of portable device customized fulfillment and managed service solutions. Prior Board experience includes SAP Markets (1998-2002), World Affairs Council of Philadelphia (2001-2008), Novoforum (2001-2005), Firepond, Inc. (2002-2005), and The German America Chamber of Commerce (1998-2002).
Jack is founder and managing member of GMS Surgent CPA and Advisors, a 35-person firm in Devon, PA. Mr. Surgent started the firm in 1985. The firm primarily handles closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. Mr. Surgent has a national reputation as a tax expert. In that same year, he started Surgent Professional Education, which became the largest for-profit provider of tax and accounting education to CPAs in the country. Mr. Surgent sold that business in 2013 when the business was providing over 2,000 live seminars and 2,000 webinar presentations per year.
In Surgents’ 30 year of teaching, he has taught over 2,000 live seminars to over 150,000 CPA’S and financial professionals. He has received numerous awards for his exceptional teaching.
Since then Mr. Surgent has been involved in a number of business ventures including; being founder and board member of, New Spring Holdings, a private equity company. Mr. Surgent also owns and manages commercial real estate in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Over the years, he has served on a number of board of directors, including, being a founder and board member of Continental Bank in Pennsylvania, Connelly Containers, Mariner Finance in Maryland, and Chairman of the Franciscan Ministry Foundation, of the Sisters of St. Francis of Pennsylvania.
Surgent currently sits on the board of directors of Radius Bank in Boston, Massachusetts and Revenew, a technology company in Pennsylvania.
He received a B.S. in accounting from Villanova University in 1980 and a M.S. in taxation from Villanova University in 1982. He began his career at Arthur Andersen in Newark, NJ and later became a tenure track assistant professor at St. Joseph’s University from 1982 to 1986.
Brian G. McElwee is the President of Valley Forge Investment Corporation. The company’s investments have included approximately 25 shopping centers, 9 hotels, 2 office buildings and numerous private companies. In addition to Revenew LLC, recent private company investments include: Aro Biotherapeutics, Tulip Special Care, BizEquity (recently acquired by American City Business Journals) and Invisible Sentinel (recently acquired by diagnostics company BioMerieux).
Brian is the founding board Chair of Independence Mission Schools, a network of 15 inner city parochial schools educating approximately 5,000 students and the founding Co-Chair of the King of Prussia Business Improvement District.
A native of the Philadelphia area, he graduated from LaSalle High School in 1967 and earned his BS and MBA in 1972 from Drexel University.
